Real Madrid, champion of the Spanish League and the Champions League, announced on Monday that it had signed French star Kylian Mbappe with a contract extending until 2029 as a free player after the end of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Mbappe was linked to moving to Real Madrid for years, and when the connection between them was imminent in the summer of 2022, the player decided to continue in Paris, but he came to Real Madrid in the end.

Mbappe left Paris Saint-Germain as the best scorer in its history, in addition to having won the 2018 World Cup and the 2021 European Nations League with the French national team.

Kylian will join a long list of Real Madrid’s young stars such as Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo, in addition to new signing Andrek.
